Clos du Phoenix
Clos du Phoenix is a family winery with six hectares in the small village of Eddeh, Batroun, where its grapes enjoy clay and limestone and the expertise of a staff with a decade in the wine business. Chédid and Anid families who own the winery produce three reds (one blend and two varietals), a white and a rosé using organic fertilizers under the supervision of French enologist Yvan Jobard.
Clos du Phoenix grows Marsanne, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache, the vines for which were imported from France, and all of its wine is fermented with natural indigenous yeast.

To reach the winery coming from the direction of Beirut, turn right just before the large checkpoint at Batroun (there are signs indicating a wine route). Continue up the mountain until you reach Smar Jbeil and turn left about 500 meters after Smar Jbeil. From here the winery is clearly signposted.
