Reserve Ammiq, also known as Domaine Skaff, is located around 900 meters above sea level in the Bekaa Valley and is part of Nature Farms, a company of third-generation farming shareholders.
Vineyard yield is controlled by non-irrigation, with some sections of vine over 50 years old, and all of which enjoy purely organic fertilization. Vinification involves wild, indigenous yeast, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and both American and French oak is used for aging. Grapes grown here include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Carignan, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
