Saida Soap Museum

Beautifully restored and expertly designed, the soap museum building dates back to the 13th century, though the soap factory per se was built in the 17th century. Visitors get an excellent little tour of the facilities and learn about the local history of olive oil soap production for which Saida is renowned. The aesthetics of the museum space and displays are of the highest caliber, and of course at the end of the tour you can buy a variety of Saida’s highly sought-after soaps.
