St. Charbel Church Museum

This museum is situated in the entrance to St. Charbel Church, a medieval church built on the foundations of a Roman temple. Several Roman architectural elements, such as column bases tombstones and mosaic fragments, are still inside the Byzantinesque church or scattered about the site. You will also find a tomb from the Crusader period attributed to one Anne Boulanger, who died in 1243.
